Where is Boutique Plus 14+ Located?
Our brick-and-mortar store is now in London Ontario next to Hyde Park Paint and Paper.

What types of brands do you sell?
We stock top-quality brands from Canada, the United States, and Europe, including Samoon, Alembika, Kaffe Curve, Fransa, Yoek, and Foxcroft.
Where can I find product sizing information?
Product sizing varies among brands and styles. To find detailed sizing information, please refer to the SIZE CHART link provided within the product listings. Unless stated otherwise, sizing is in inches and is measured with the item laid flat.
How do I determine the right size to purchase?
Since we carry a range of designers, each has their own unique sizing. Please consult the Size Chart in our footer or within the product listing for size guidance.
If you have more questions about sizing, we are more than willing to assist you. Start by emailing us with the items you're interested in. We respond to inquiries Tuesday through Saturday from 11am to 5pm EST. For those in Stratford or surrounding areas, we are delighted to offer personalized consultations in-store.
When can I expect my order to ship and arrive?
We make every effort to process and dispatch orders within 2 business days of placement. The delivery time will vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Can I expedite my shipping?
Yes! We offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Canada Post Expedited shipping is available for a flat fee.
How can I check the status of my order?
To inquire about the status of your order, we understand your eagerness to receive it. Rest assured that we will promptly notify you via email once your order has been shipped. This email will also contain a tracking number, enabling you to monitor the progress of your package.
I did not receive a confirmation email, what should I do?
In the event that you have not received a confirmation email, please begin by checking your email's junk or spam folder, as it may have been filtered there by default. If you do not find the confirmation email in your junk folder, kindly send us an email, and we will promptly follow up to ensure you receive the necessary confirmation.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
It's important to note that we initiate the order processing procedure immediately upon placement. Consequently, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or order modifications.

Can I exchange my online order?
We do not offer exchanges for online orders at this time. Please email us so we can help you in any way we can.
Items purchased in-store can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit that can be used in-store or online.

What should I do if my order is damaged?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the condition of your order upon arrival. Please allow us to rectify the situation.

I received the incorrect items, what do I do?

Is local pickup available?
Absolutely. You can pick up your order at 10 Downie Street, Stratford, Ontario (ENTRANCE ON ERIE STREET) from Tuesday to Saturday, between 11:00 AM and 5 PM. This option can be selected during checkout, and additional information will be provided to you.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only offer shipping to Canada and the United States.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We want you to be delighted with your purchases. If you're not entirely satisfied, please get in touch with us at boutique14plus@gmail.com and provide details of your order. All return inquiries are handled on an individual basis, and we offer exchanges or store credit only.
